The AT9 Foundation is a non-profit organization established by Alex Tuch and his family, with its primary purpose being to assist children currently facing challenges in all areas of their lives, with a special focus on supporting research to end children's cancer and helping those with special needs.

This privacy policy was created to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy of our donors and website users. This policy explains what type of information is collected by The AT9 Foundation and how this information is used.

Individuals who donate provide us with contact information;  name, email, address and phone number.  This information will be used for donor acknowledgement.

The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you for purposes relating to donor acknowledgement.

These links do not fall under the www.at9foundation.org domain, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of external websites. Service Providers

The AT9 Foundation utilizes Wufu forms to collect donations.   Names, emails, and addresses will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.  The AT9 Foundation does not sell or trade donors’ private information with other organizations. 

Privacy Rights

The AT9 Foundation respects the privacy of individual donors and will not sell or publish the names and contact information of these donors. 

Children’s Privacy

The AT9 Foundation does not collect personal identifiable information from children under 18.

We may amend this privacy policy from time to time; please review it periodically. We maintain the option to modify this privacy policy at any time by electronic notice posted on our website. Your continued use of our website after the date that such notices are posted will be deemed to be your agreement to the changed terms.
