The AT9 Foundation is a non-profit organization established by Alex Tuch and his family, with its primary purpose being to assist children currently facing challenges in all areas of their lives, with a special focus on supporting research to end children's cancer and helping those with special needs.

DONATION REFUND POLICY
We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are nonrefundable, but if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us at AT9foundation@gmail.com
Reporting Requirements
Donations received by The AT9 Foundation shall be properly received, recorded and administered using appropriate internal controls, sound financial business practices and following current IRS regulations. All donations shall be used for purposes consistent with the donor’s expressed intent. The AT9 Foundation must acknowledge all gifts in a timely manner and comply with federal regulations by providing a receipt for all contributions.
Changes to Donation Policy Policy
This policy has been reviewed and accepted by the The AT9 Foundation Board of Directors. The Board of Directors must approve any changes to or deviations from this policy.
